Router Series Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Power line connected, but "SYS" LED is off.
Answer: Check adapter plug, DC plug. If you have more than one product, try to exchange adapter and product.
2. "SYS" is long bright, but the product does not start.
Answer: Check input voltage, standard adapter DC9V/1A, DC5V ~ 25V available, or cut off power to restart the product.
3. "SYS" flashing, but local connection is none or abnormal, WEB page couldn’t be accessed.
Answer: "SYS" light flashes, indicating CPU normal operation. Check cable, crystal head, or replace whole new network line.
4. "SYS" light flashing, network interface shows connected, but WEB page not accessed.
Answer: "SYS" light flashes, indicating CPU normal operation. Network connection shows cable well connected. So the problem may lie in local IP configuration.
Product default gateway IP is: 192.168.0.254 , WEB landing address: http://192.168.0.254:10000. You could set “automatically obtain an IP address” in local connection or set manually to make sure that IP range and gateway are the same with router. You could also try click “repair local connection”.
If WEB still not accessed, you can hold down “reset” button for more than 5 seconds, after product launches ("SYS" flash). Product automatically restores factory settings, and then you need re-configure WAN port settings according to product manual.
5. Router can not dial-up to get IP.
Answer: Check antenna, SIM card (cleanness and having money).If problem remains, please re-check whether WAN configuration is the same with the manual. If problem still unsolved, please intercept LOG and send it to our engineers.
 
Modem / DTU Series Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Power line connected, but "PWR" is off.
Answer: Check adapter plug, DC plug. If you have more than one product, try to exchange adapter and product.
2. "SYS" is long bright, but the product does not start.
Answer: Check input voltage, standard adapter DC9V/1A, DC5V ~ 25V available, or cut off power to restart the product.
3. Unable to Enter AT commands into modem.
Answer: First check serial cable connection. If the problem persists, please check properties of serial port tools, such as baud rate, etc. For more information, please refer to user manual.
4. Modem can’t make call and send/receive information.
Answer: Check antenna, SIM card (cleanness and having money). Use "AT+CSQ" command to check signal strength. For more information, please refer to user manual.
5. Input "+++", but DTU can not exit transparent mode, unable to set parameters.
Answer: Input more "+++", for normal response in about 20 seconds. Sometimes there is delay, due to tasks not finished.
Then check serial cable connection. If problem remains, please check properties of serial port tools, such as baud rate, etc. (9600 baud). For more information, please refer to user manual.
6. DTU can not connect to server to set up transparent transmission.
Answer: Switch to wireless module. Check AT command and signal, and check server configuration, and port mapping. For details, please advise our engineers.
